Life saving defibrillator installed outside Pavilion

We're extremely proud to have worked alongside Heart2Heart Norfolk to fundraise for a brand new defibrillator to be installed outside of the Pavilion.

Customers of the Pavilion were given an option to donate towards the fundraising of the device whilst buying tickets and managed to raise over £300, which was donated to Heart2Heart Norfolk.

Jayne Biggs of heart2Heart Norfolk said of the installation "I would like to thank Andrew Wandsworth from GYBC for sanctioning and organising the installation. Also a big thank you to Alan and his electricians from Bowers and Bar Ltd for the free electrical installation, helping me out yet again! and to Coals at Cobholm for making the metal stand.

"I was very pleased to donate this defibrillator here".

Alex Youngs, Chair of Trustees for the Pavilion said that "Devices like this are crucial to any community and the more visible and accessible they are the better. We can't thank Jayne enough for everything she has done for our community to date and for us to help make this project a reality."
