Group Bookings

We offer discounts on bookings of 20 people or more for most performances and also accept deposit payments to secure your seats.

The special group rate is subject to availability and varies depending on the production.

How to book

Unfortunately we are not able to accept group bookings online. You will need to contact our group booking coordinator by calling (01493) 662841 or by sending us an email.

Please be sure to have the following important information to hand when you get in touch:

The name, date and time of the performance you wish to book for
The number of people in your group
Details of any accessibility requirements
Contact details of the group organiser
Name of your group (if you have one)

What happens next?

Once the booking has been made, the group organiser will be sent an invoice (via email or post) that will include full details of the booking as well as a request for a non-refundable deposit of £2 per seat.

The deposit will usually be required within 10 days from the date of booking, and the balance due no later than 4 weeks before the date of the performance.
