Ticket Prices & Concessions

We offer a few different ticket price options and discounts, which are classified as follows:

(Please note that these classifications are subject to change and are available on a per performance basis, see the What's On guide for exact ticket prices)

Ticket type	Terms/discount
Concessions	Senior citizens aged 60 and above
Children	Children are classified as 15 and under. Children under 3 years old go free, but please let us know if they require a seat.
Students	Must be in possession of a valid Student ID
Friends	Must hold a valid Friends Membership card

Payment options

We welcome all major credit and debit cards both online and over the phone. We no longer be accepting payments by cheque, unless this is for a group booking made with our booking team directly.

Booking Fee

We add on a £3 booking fee per online or over the phone card transaction. Most of the ticket income we receive is passed straight back to the production company or promoter of the show, so we retain this fee to help us cover the cost of processing card payments and our booking software fees. We charge £2.50 to post tickets second class.

General information

Tickets will be held for up to 7 working days from the date of booking. All tickets must be paid for 7 days prior to performance. Tickets which remain unpaid will be released for sale.

Refund policy

Tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded, although the Box Office will, where possible, offer returned tickets for resale for a handling charge of £2 per ticket. The sale of the theatre's own tickets will take priority.
