Auditions open for our 2023 pantomime Dick Whittington

We're holding auditions on Monday 3rd April for some our key principal roles and we'd like to open this process to anyone who may be interested in applying.

You must be aged 18 or over and available to rehearse/perform during the period 27th November 2023 - 7th January 2024.

The key roles we are auditioning for are as follows (applications welcome from any gender for any of the roles):

Fairy Bowbells

The panto 'goodie', played as a little air-headed/ditzy.

Evil Rat

The panto 'baddie', is quick witted and cunning.

Tommy the Cat

Dick's side kick! This is a non-speaking role ideal for dancers. Must show flexibility.

Alice Fitzwarren

Principal girl, love interest of Dick Whittington and daughter of shop owner Alderman Fitzwarren.

Idle Jack

Principal comedy character, lazy but loveable!

Alderman Fitzwarren/King of Far Away Place

Dual role of Alice's father and King of Far Away Place.

To register your interest please send over your headshots, CV and any other supporting showreels to panto@pavtheatre.com. From there our casting team will invite those who we'd like to see in person to an audition on Monday 3rd April during the day.
