Showstopper! The Improvised Musical is a fully-realized musical created live from audience suggestions. The show has everything you could possibly want from a West End musical – sweeping storylines, dazzling dance, soaring songs, hilarious characters – the only difference is that we make everything up on the spot.
The show is 100% improvised from audience suggestions. The cast transform suggestions of setting, genre and style into an all-singing, all-dancing musical. The audience also get to name the show each night, with popular past titles including a musical set on Noah’s Ark called ‘When The Ship Hits The Fan’ and a musical set in Greggs called ‘Sex and Drugs and Sausage Roll’.
From Hamilton to Stephen Sondheim, via a school, Ancient Egypt or a mattress shop – if the audience can suggest it, The Showstoppers will perform it.
